Training Center Continuing Professional Education Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization is a multidisciplinary educational institution founded on 26 October 1943, which implements continuing vocational education programs for training, retraining and advanced training of employees. Training programs and plans are developed in strict compliance with federal regulatory documents specific to the customer's operations. 

SOYUZ scaffolding is used for future erectors to train theoretical and practical skills in working at heights and obtain appropriate certificates and permits.

During the project in 2020, the training center was equipped with a 2x6x5 meter wheeled outdoor training ground and a 2x4x4 meter indoor theoretical training ground in the main hall.

The prefabricated demountable training ground allows to conduct both on-site training in the training center, and off-site training without losing the quality of services.
