Engineering Department
The specialists of the Engineering Department test product prototypes in the in-house laboratory to guarantee the declared performance of SOYUZ scaffolding.
They not only test serial products, but also work on exclusive custom projects.

Design Department
Specialists of the Design Department are ready to deliver projects of any complexity in full compliance with customer requirements.
The design is developed in 3D, which avoids possible collisions with existing structures. If required, the strength and stability of the structure can be supported by calculations for any design.

Chief Designer Department
The key objectives of the department are to standardize design methods, to innovate products, and to train personnel in the correct use of SOYUZ scaffolding.
The department's specialists are ready to perform an expert engineering assessment of any scaffolding engineering solution in order to select the most optimal and safe one.
Working with major customers enables the Engineering Center to demonstrate creative engineering approach in a large number of diverse tasks.
The specialists of the Engineering Center use a variety of modern software tools and approaches in their work, and are constantly developing professionally and learning new approaches.
All designs are modelled in 3D using a proprietary library of elements. Design specifications are generated automatically, freeing up time from routine work for truly engineering tasks.
Rod systems are designed in modern software packages, if necessary, taking into account geometrical and physical nonlinearities, dynamic effects, effective rigidity of joints.
Elements are designed in solid and plate form with mandatory verification in our own laboratory.
On the laboratory test site, specialists of the Engineering Center carry out research and development, testing and verification of the approaches used.
They perform pre-production testing of serial products, customized designs, and field testing of full-size scaffolding structures.
A large database of results has been accumulated to better understand the actual performance of the design.
The best domestic and foreign approaches and practices in standards and publications are applied to design scaffolding products and structures. EN Eurocodes and AISC Standards are widely applied.
The Engineering Center is constantly automating routine operations through software developments.
Other promising areas being explored are AI, augmented reality AR, RFID and NFC labeling.
