In this new project, Vesper is applying its experience in De Luxe class properties.

Visually, Lucky is divided into two parts: an upper town with residential buildings and a lower town where the new socio-cultural cluster is located.

SOYUZ facade scaffolding is used on all 1905 historic buildings.

The convenient use of ringlock scaffolding in this project is due to the attachment of horizontal elements every 0.5 m in height, which makes it possible to set up the working levels of scaffolding at any convenient elevation to ensure high quality facade finishing.

SmartScaff modular system can also be easily transformed into free-standing scaffolding, which does not need to be attached to the historic building walls, but simply extends the base of the scaffolding due to the modularity and flexibility of the system, thus ensuring its stability.
