Limak Group, which was founded with Limak Construction in 1976, continues to operate in the construction, tourism, concrete, infrastructure, energy, food and aviation sectors.
Headliner Multifunctional Residential Complex is located in the Central Administrative District, in close proximity to Moscow City Compound. The uniqueness of the new project, in addition to the unusual for Russia height of the buildings and abundance of innovative solutions, is revealed in the individuality of each building, landscaping of the adjacent area, abundance of social and commercial functions.
The customer wanted to ensure comfortable stairway access within the site. Temporary staircases had to be designed both inside the building to get staff up and down between floors, as well as outside to provide comfortable access around the construction site.
Two types of staircases were used for the project:

Prefabricated aluminum staircases are quick and easy to install. Bearing capacity is 200 kg/m².

Steel prefabricated staircases are highly flexible and have a high load-bearing capacity (up to 600kg/m²).
