Modernization works at ZapSibNeftekhim LLC

Description

ZapSibNeftekhim is a petrochemical plant in Tobolsk, which is part of SIBUR Group. Core business: Processing of NGL, production of polyethylene and polypropylene.

SOYUZ ensured the safe installation of fire protection systems at the Butadiene Production Site. Engineers of our company developed the scaffolding design and had it agreed by the customer. 62 tons of SOYUZ modular scaffolding elements were used for this project. The scope of work was 2,700 m³. The project lasted 32 days.

The customer changed the technical specifications in the process. SOYUZ immediately made adjustments to the design and, after re-approval by the customer, initiated additional delivery of scaffolding elements within 2 days, which allowed the general contractor for the installation of fire protection systems to complete work as specified in the first version of the technical specifications. Scheduled work on the Butadiene Unit was completed just in time.
