Shutdown repairs at PG Phosphorite LLC, EuroChem

Description

SOYUZ scaffolding was used for KingiseppRemStroyService LLC in the first post-construction shutdown repair of the Ammonia Production Shop at the Fertilizer Plant of PG Phosphorite LLC, part of the EuroChem Group of Companies, in 2019.

The work was done inside and outside the reformer, absorber, waste heat boiler and cooling tower. SOYUZ professional scaffolding was installed inside 6 vessels at a time. 10 contractors were able to work at height safely and on time.

The scope of work involved 6,043 m³ of scaffolding. To complete the project we used scaffolding elements of European counterparts and SOYUZ scaffolding, which once again proved the compatibility of our scaffolding with other foreign manufacturers.
