Description
Gazprom Neft-Omsk Refinery JSC is the largest oil refinery in the Russian Federation. The refinery produces many types of petroleum products: high-octane petrol, diesel fuel, jet fuel, household gas, fuel oil, benzene, toluene, orthoxylene, paraxylene, bitumen, coke, industrial sulfur and other products in demand in the market.
SOYUZ scaffolding is used for capital construction under the medium-term investment program of the company, implementation of projects to build a diesel fuel hydrotreatment and dewaxing unit, a project to upgrade off-plant facilities, including the construction of a treatment plant and a plant-wide flare system.
To date, 174,510 m² of scaffolding of various types have been erected: facade, tower and suspended scaffolding. Including complex types of scaffolding for the construction of two-tier suspended structures for fire-proofing and corrosion protection on the floor slabs of the pumping unit of the diesel fuel hydrotreatment and dewaxing unit with a total area of 2,136m², circular scaffolding for cast-in-place work at the treatment plant, pole and suspended scaffolding for steel structures, process engineering, thermal and mechanical engineering of process utilities.
Over 1,000 tons of SOYUZ scaffolding were used at the peak of the project.
