SINTESIS 2023 Petrochemicals and Refining Congress took place on 9-10 October in St. Petersburg at the Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya Hotel. The event was traditionally hosted by SB Project and the general partner was PJSC Gazprom Neft. Project Manager Ivan Alipov took part in the conference from SOYUZ Scaffolding Plant (SOYUZ).

SINTESIS has been a venue for dialogue between key players in the petrochemicals and refining market for six years. This year's event was attended by more than 300 representatives of leading vertically integrated oil companies, refineries, petrochemical companies, equipment manufacturers and licensors. During round tables, sessions and panel discussions, experts discussed the main trends in import substitution, automation and digitalization of industry, asset upgrades, environment, energy and operational efficiency.
