SOYUZ Scaffolding Plant introduces a new product - BEARScaff

SOYUZ Scaffolding Plant, the #1 manufacturer of professional scaffolding in Russia, introduces BEARScaff system. It is a frame-type system with a flag assembly, which is a modular quickly prefabricated spatial braced frame made of unified modular elements. The system can be used in industrial and civil construction, as a bearing for formwork when working with buildings of various types, tunnel and bridge spans.

The key advantage of BEARScaff is its high load-bearing capacity of up to 60 kN, which is achieved through the use of high-strength steels and 1 meter height bracing. The BEARScaff system has no height restrictions and is mobile due to the easy mounting of wheels. 60–100 µm thick zinc coating of the elements, applied by hot-dip and thermodiffusion galvanizing, ensures the durability of BEARScaff structure even in challenging climatic conditions and extends the service life of the system up to 20 years.

The metric dimensions of BEARScaff elements, in multiples of 0.25m in length and width, ensure the interchangeability of the components between each other, while the size range of 0.5m to 3m ensures high adaptability to different floor and room configurations. It should be noted that BEARScaff system requires a minimum set of tools to assemble a structure of any complexity (level and SW19 spanner), which significantly reduces the time and effort for assembly and disassembly of the structure.

SOYUZ scaffolding was used as support scaffolding for the construction of a 1360 meter long bridge over the Sviyaga River as part of the seventh stage of M-12 Moscow-Nizhny Novgorod-Kazan motorway.

SOYUZ scaffolding was used to install molds for pouring the concrete frame of the root block. The set of SOYUZ products manufactured and delivered consisted of 18,000 ledgers, 7,000 diagonals and 5,600 poles. The dimensions of the structure were: 28m x 22.5m, height - 25.5m; volume - 15,000m³; weight - 208,942kg.
