SmartScaff scaffolding training ground to enhance industrial safety

Engineers of the SOYUZ Scaffolding Plant, together with experts from the occupational safety service of PROMFINSTROY JSC and their customer, Gazpromneft PJSC, have developed a training ground for personnel to work at height.

Such training grounds are used for safety drills.  Training in safe methods and techniques of working at height is mandatory according to Order of the Ministry of Labor of Russia N 782n dated 16.11.2020.

SOYUZ SmartScaff scaffolding can be used to build a training ground of any size and configuration according to the customer's requirements. The configuration of the training ground can be modified or supplemented to suit the specific site, and equipped with additional equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) depending on the training program. The flexibility and versatility of SOYUZ scaffolding allows to simulate most typical and emergency situations that a worker may encounter at height.

Specialists of SOYUZ Scaffolding Plant, PROMFINSTROY JSC developed a training ground design, which was accredited by the customer, Gazpromneft PJSC.  Now PROMFINSTROY will be able to conduct drills for personnel, and after obtaining a license for its Training Center, to issue documents evidencing the completion of training. The customer can be assured of the authenticity of these documents and the high quality of training.

SOYUZ regularly creates such designs for highly critical facilities. In addition, five training centers of POLATI, the acknowledged leader of the Russian market in scaffolding installation, are equipped with SOYUZ scaffolding.
