2023 results for SOYUZ

In the past year 2023, SOYUZ Scaffolding Plant successfully overcame external challenges and economic instability. New products and services were launched, advanced technological solutions were introduced into production, and the year ended successfully. The professionalism and experience of the plant's team played a crucial role in achieving the set goals.

Key 2023 results for SOYUZ:

  • A five-fold increase in the order portfolio, which is now at various stages of development;

  • Opening of an engineering center in Izhevsk;

  • Launch of BEARScaff system;

  • Increase in headcount by more than 20%;

  • Opening of an office in Moscow.

An important event in 2023 was the launch of a new product from SOYUZ - BEARScaff system. It is designed for use as formwork support in the construction of various types of buildings, tunnel spans and bridges, and is applicable in both industrial and civil construction. This will allow SOYUZ to expand its market presence and offer consumers an even more versatile product.

In addition, SOYUZ has successfully introduced automated welding stations into production. Robotic equipment ensures high accuracy of welds in the production of elements, minimizes errors, reduces manual labor and speeds up manufacturing processes. All this improves the quality and increases the output.

Another significant event of the outgoing year was the establishment of SOYUZ's own engineering center, which united the design department, chief designer's department and project department. Thanks to this innovation, we are able to continually improve and deliver unique customized designs. Three-dimensional design allows for faster and better project execution, ensuring high accuracy and no collisions with previous designs.

In the past year 2023, experts of SOYUZ took part in the largest industry events, including INNOPROM. Central Asia, Coal and Mining of Russia 2023, NEVA-2023 International Shipbuilding Expo, SYNTHESIS 2023 Petrochemical and Oil Refining Congress, Annual Forum - Council of Chief Mechanics of Oil Refining and Petrochemical Companies of Russia and CIS and others.

In 2023, SOYUZ also expanded its scaffolding rental capabilities, doubling its rental fleet. This will allow our customers to use SOYUZ scaffolding for short-term projects.

SOYUZ Scaffolding Plant is looking confidently into the new year 2024. By introducing innovations, improving the quality of products and services, we aim to strengthen our market position and expand our customer base.
