SOYUZ earns high praise from Gazpromneft-MNPZ for reliable partnership in large-scale projects

We are pleased to announce that Gazpromneft-Moscow Oil Refinery PJSC (Gazpromneft-MNPZ PJSC) has sent a letter of appreciation to SOYUZ Scaffolding Manufacturing Plant (SOYUZ ZSL) for our successful cooperation in the implementation of key projects, such as: the construction of the Deep Conversion Complex (DCC), the Hydrogen Production Unit (HPU) and Coker VGO hydrocracking unit (UGK VGO).

According to the letter, SOYUZ SmartScaff ringlock scaffolding offers exceptional safety, reliability, and convenience, along with remarkably fast installation times. Particular attention is paid to the professionalism of SOYUZ employees. They provided training for the general contractor's personnel, developed technical solutions, and ensured prompt interaction in the delivery of products to the site.

The numbers speak for themselves: 

- 2022 — 239 tons of scaffolding 

- 2023 — 640 tons 

- 2024 — 1,790 tons 

Total: 2,700 tons in three years! 

Throughout the project, scaffolding of various configurations was installed at the sites. This includes facade, suspended, cantilever, circular scaffolding for tanks and columns, as well as scaffolding for the installation of the frame and insulation of the flare. In addition, shoring scaffolding was used for pouring concrete, scaffold towers, access towers, and internal scaffolding for furnaces and reactors. 

The HCU and HPU units are an important part of the Moscow Oil Refinery modernization, a strategic investment project of Gazpromneft. Construction work is currently underway at the site, with the project scheduled for completion in 2027. 

Gazpromneft-MNPZ confirms that it will recommend SOYUZ as a reliable partner for complex and large-scale projects.
