Description

This element is used to transfer increased acting loads from the working decks to the scaffolding standards. Besides its ability to handle high distributed loads, the double ledger can also withstand significant concentrated loads.

Advantages:

• Metric interchangeable dimensions along the axes of the standards multiple of 0.25 m.

• A specially shaped wedge head allows working level decks to be placed without gaps, and has the SmartLock built-in function, which allows remote connection to the standard, speeding up installation and improving safety at height.

• The symmetrical shape of the wedge head ensures equivalent joint strength amid oppositely directed loads. 

• Standard ledgers feature color-coded navigation. Each size has a unique color marking, which greatly simplifies element identification and speeds up installation. The color sequence corresponds to the arrangement of colors in the rainbow spectrum: the longest arc of the rainbow, which is red, corresponds to the longest ledger – 3 meters; the next ledger, 2.5 meters long, is marked in orange, and so on.

• Well-designed arrangement of ledger reinforcement members ensures unimpeded installation of coupler connections within a metric standard lattice (multiple of 0.25 m).

• The pipe diameter of the main scaffolding elements (standards, ledgers, diagonal braces, lattice girders, cantilever brackets, etc.) is 48 mm. This makes it possible to put them together in arbitrary points by means of standard couplers without additional dedicated elements.
