Description

The 0.75 m wide hatch deck is designed to provide safe access to the working level inside the scaffolding. The hatch is equipped with a lock to prevent accidental opening. It can be opened both from above, on the hatch, and from the lower level. Steel access ladders should be used to organize access with 2m or shorter hatch decks. 2.5m and 3m decks feature an integrated ladder.

Advantages:

• The hatch on the deck is finished in a signal orange color. In case of emergency, this helps personnel quickly locate the exit from the scaffolding and promptly leave the danger zone.

• The working surface of the deck has anti-slip properties.

• The lightweight aluminum construction allows for installation by a single person.

• An integrated lock securely fixes the deck to the ledger and protects against accidental lifting. It eliminates the risk of displacement or flying out of the deck from the scaffolding frame due to wind loads and other external factors.

• The deck section is purpose-built T-shaped that eliminates the tiniest gaps when erecting the scaffolding working level. The deck design allows for creating openings for passage or to bypass obstacles by layering steel decks.

• The deck dimensions are multiples of 0.25 meters in both length and width, ensuring full compatibility with the metric scaffolding system. This allows the deck to be laid in any direction. It also guarantees its complete interchangeability with standard steel decks.

• An offset hatch (with respect to butt end) makes it possible to place steel planks on both ends on top of the deck. This prevents hatch overlapping and makes it open freely.

• The deck hatch and stair may be opened from both beneath the deck (from below) and above the deck (from top).

• Compatibility with European equivalents.

• Spark- and fire-proof design.

• Corrosion protection is provided by hot-dip galvanization.
