A common type of scaffolding that allows significant savings on the number of elements used and labor costs (up to 10 times or more).
However, due to such significant savings, this type of scaffolding is the most complex and responsible in installation and design.
Each scaffolding element must be carefully assembled and comply with the strictest standards of quality and reliability.
The most common examples of use are pipeline overpasses, under-lattice girder space of buildings and structures, difficult-to-reach areas at high elevations, bridges, offshore platforms and other places where it is not possible or economically feasible to erect scaffolding.
Suspended scaffolding includes special beam couplers that are attached to metal profiles (I-beams, channels) and reliably transfer loads from scaffolding to permanent structures. Also, hanging scaffolding often uses lattice girders with spans of up to 7 meters or more, which minimize the number of suspension points.
The SOYUZ Scaffolding Manufacturing Plant produces all the necessary items to ensure the safety and efficiency of suspended scaffolding.
