General description

A standard set of elements allows you to assemble support scaffolding for monolithic floors, including bridges and tunnels.

Due to the system flexibility, scaffolding can be assembled to fit any shape, height, and vault design.

To speed up installation work, scaffolding structures can be assembled on the ground in a horizontal position and lifted by crane to the design position. Also, scaffolding support towers can be moved on wheels in whole sections from one site to another, significantly saving time and money, eliminating the dismantling and re-installation of supporting scaffolding. Similarly, scaffolding can be moved by crane when assembled.

The load-bearing capacity of the support scaffolding per rack can reach 7.5 tons, which makes the applicability of this type of scaffolding truly limitless.

In support scaffolding, as a standard practice, a single additional element, the cross forkhead, is utilized. This element is installed at the ends of the upper racks and provides support for the formwork beams. The remaining elements are completely standard and can be used on all other types of scaffolding, and there are 27 of them.
