Circular scaffolding

General description

Circular scaffolding is often used in various tanks, gas holders, reactors, columns and other industrial facilities that have cylindrical or spherical shapes. Circular scaffolding can also be found on rounded facades of buildings.

A striking feature of the SOYUZ SmartScaff series scaffolding is the ability to accurately and, without unnecessary material, repeat the shapes of facilities along which circular scaffolding is arranged.

The well-thought-out holes in the flanges (sockets) of the scaffolding racks (4 small holes and 4 large holes) are provided. Large holes allow you to choose an arbitrary angle of fastening the ledgers (horizontal) in the horizontal plane, allowing you to perfectly adjust the shape of the scaffolding to circular facilities.

Another striking difference between circular scaffolding is the frequent use of steel planks on intermediate (trapezoidal) spans. Steel planks are an analog of steel decks with a reduced profile height (45 mm), which does not have ledger fasteners at its ends. The steel plank is overlapped onto standard steel decks and fixed with a special screw to protect against displacement and lifting.
