General description

A special type of scaffolding that is used along the hulls of ships of various purposes. These can be airplanes, ships, submarines, spacecraft, and many other types of equipment.

Such access systems can be either stationary or on a mobile base (on wheels).

As a rule, this is a separate project that is developed in detail by our technical department. A lot of technical parameters are agreed upon, for example, such as the maximum allowable distance to the hull, the number of working levels and their height, the ability to support or attach to the hull, and many others.

During the project development, an additional service may be required for a full 3D scan of the real hull of the vessel, which must be surrounded by scaffolding in order to eliminate inaccuracies in the technical documentation and reduce the likelihood of errors.

Such structures are highly flexible in use and can be retrofitted for different hull geometries with partial dismantling of the already finished scaffolding frame or, for example, through the use of cantilever sections.

Only a modern and professional approach makes it possible to efficiently and safely implement projects of various dock systems based on scaffolding (modular construction kit).
